1. The membership shall be required and shall have the power to make written rules and regulations pertaining to all corporate owned and corporate leased property.

2. The membership shall also be empowered to make rules and regulations covering the conduct of all members while the corporate owned and corporate leased property, or while on officially sponsored trips or vacations.

3. All horse must have a negative Coggins test available upon request from an officer or director.

​

4. No youth handlers of stallion during scheduled events or shows.

​

5. All dogs must be leashed or contained at all times.

​

6. According to SB 133, ACHA members and officers are not liable for injury or death of a participant resulting from the inherent risks of equine activity. 

7. Posting of liability warning signs are to be placed visible at every equine activity sponsored by ACHA. Sign must read: 

WARNING

Under Missouri law, an equine activity sponsor or professional shall not be liable for any injury to, or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities.
